Interview to Judith
1. Apart from Spain, would you like to teach in any other country?
Yes, in anyone that speaks English, to get to know other cultures and other education systems.
2. Could you tell me what you think about the Comenius project and about the opportunities that it offers?
It’s a great initiative from the European Union, and unique in the Spanish educational system, although, sadly less known and less used that it should be.
3. What do you think about the European education? Is there much difference between the different countries?
From what I’ve been able to see, there isn’t much difference, but any differences that there are, are respect to the curriculum and organization.
4. If you could choose the country for the next Comenius meeting, which one would you choose?
Greece, in fact, we did actually choose it all together.
5. Could you tell me some of the activities that you did in Slovakia?
Of course. Well the first day we went to the church in Vranov. Then we visited a ski station and the highest peak of Kosice (Lomnicky Stit) and the heated pools Aquacity Poprad. Another day, we went to the lake Srbské Plesó.
6. Had you ever been to Slovakia before?
No, that was the first time.
7. May you tell me about the next trip from the project?
Yes, of course. We will be going three teachers (Paqui and I, and another one that still hasn’t been decided), and three students (Thomas, Antonio and Antoni from third year).
8. What did you think about the presentations that each country did?
Honestly, I thought that the Spanish presentation was the best. I loved the willingness of all students and teachers participating.
9. What did you enjoy most about the trip to Slovakia?
Honestly, apart from the relationship between the countries, I loved seeing the positive outcome of an entire year's work.
10. Would you repeat this experience?
Of course! No doubt about it!
